• Standard Boutique Shipping: For orders under 99 €, a small flat-rate fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. No hidden surprises—just fair, transparent rates.

We are proud to deliver joy to pet homes Worldwide. Whether you are in the heart of Paris, the countryside of Provence, or anywhere across the globe, we will find our way to you.

When will my package arrive?

We know your pet is excited! We typically prepare and hand-check your order within 1–3 business days. Once it leaves our boutique:

• Europe & UK: Arrives within 3–10 business days.
• International: Arrives within 1–3 weeks, depending on your local postal service.
• Note: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your journey begins, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Important Details for a Smooth Delivery

• One Order, One Destination: To ensure your items arrive safely and together, we only ship to one address per order. If you’re buying gifts for friends in different homes, please place those orders separately.
• PO Boxes: We happily deliver to PO Boxes so you can collect your mail at your convenience.
• Taxes & Duties: For our international friends outside the EU, please note that local customs fees or VAT may apply upon arrival. These are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
