At PawTails™, we want you and your pet to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a size isn't quite right or a color doesn't look the way you imagined in your living room. That’s why we’ve made our return process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Our 30-Day Peace of Mind Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to decide if it’s the perfect fit for your home.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (we understand if your pet gave it a quick sniff, but it should be unused and unworn).
- It must have the original tags and be in its original packaging.
- You’ll just need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Ready to make a change? Simply send us a friendly note at shoppawtails@gmail.com.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Please note: To ensure your refund is processed correctly, kindly contact us before sending any items back.
Damages & Unexpected Issues
We take great pride in our quality, but we know accidents can happen during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong thing, reach out to us immediately at shoppawtails@gmail.com. We will prioritize your request and make it right right away.
Items That Stay With You
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our furry friends, there are a few items we cannot accept for return:
- Personalized items (Custom orders made just for your pet).
- Personal care goods (Such as shampoos or brushes that have been used).
- Sale items and Gift Cards (These are final sale).
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new size or color is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can simply place a new order for the replacement. This ensures your pet doesn't have to wait any longer than necessary for their new favorite thing!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know the status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Note: Banks and credit card companies usually take a few business days to show the credit on your statement, so don't worry if it doesn't appear instantly!
